Founder of Alfa Byte Computer Centre
Treasurer of Shankarao Patil Charitable Trust
Managing Trustee of Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti
With a career spanning over three decades, I have had the privilege of working on various projects that have enriched my life and contributed to my community. My journey began during my committee years from 1988 to 1991 when I actively participated in social awareness projects, paper cutting, gardening, and student development programs as part of the Kamwa Shika Yojana. Those were the days when earning two rupees an hour was a significant achievement.
My passion for photography blossomed during my final year of college when I borrowed a camera and started capturing students' trips and various events in the committee. This newfound interest led me to win the first prize in a committee-held photo exhibition.
As I progressed through my college years, my curiosity about computers grew, thanks to my roommates who were pursuing degrees in computer science. In 1993, I embarked on a new journey by establishing the first computer training institute, Alfa Byte Computers, in my village, Indapur. Over the years, this institute has trained more than thirty thousand students, leaving a lasting impact.
During this period, we started YCMOU-affiliated degree programs like BCA, BBA, and B.Sc. (BIS). My wife, Meenal, was trained in programming subjects, so she began teaching batches effectively with the assistance of another staff member, Dipti. We received a nice response from students for these courses, and they both flourished in these courses by conducting activities such as providing user-friendly notes of the programming subjects (C, C++, DS, DBMS, etc.), periodic exams, conducting small quiz activities, lab programming assistance, and many more...
All these endeavors have been guided by the principles instilled in me during my committee years. In 2009, I made a conscious decision to devote 50% of my lifetime to serving the committee.
Today, I proudly hold the position of Managing Trustee, continuing my commitment to giving back to the community that has given me so much.

Today is Tushar Ranjankar sir's fiftieth birthday. Just last month, he conducted my dialogue conference with the students of his computer institute. These students were talking a lot about him. Today, he is celebrating his fiftieth birthday by planting 50 trees and giving food to orphans.
